tels que des aliments recouverts de résine ou du papier.
Les tatouages illustreront des phrases, des mots
et des expressions collectées sur Internet,
critiquant la situation précaire des Cubains.

ARRIÈRE

Série d’installations et d’objets qui convergent, un espace-temps manipulé,
une régression sociale, un voyage dans le passé cubain
pour tenter de trouver les failles.

RESTES

Série de photographies et de peintures numériques de paysages urbains cubains où les restes de nourriture et les ingrédients périmés sont insérés.
Les oeuvres jouent avec le concept de l’éphémère et de l’éternel, du nouveau et de l’expiré.

SANS PERMIS DE CONSTRUIRE

Le projet consiste à reconstruire un pays à partir de zéro (CUBA). Il s’agit de créer une analogie entre le concept du foyer et celui de la Nation. Les œuvres seront des installations, des maquettes, des dessins, exposés dans l’espace simulant les étapes de construction d’une maison conventionnelle depuis les fondations jusqu’à son aménagement intérieur.

The ALPHA project initiated in 2022 is a series of digital illustrations printed on a large format support, which appropriates the aesthetics of PNG digital patterns. A PNG image is a computer-generated graphic format where the background is transparent, protected and sometimes free to use.

REALLY, EVERYTHING IS A LIE

Is the result of a work process started in 2016. Under this generic assertion, the work seeks to reflect on the concepts of truthfulness and falsehood existing in contemporary society. In this space, the viewer become an accessory to videos made in Cuba and different European countries. Under themes such as migration, consumption, loneliness and time, the works question the current social metamorphosis. Really, everything is a lie, try to reconcile truth and lies, models of universal manipulation and generate new questions to existing responses.

STATE OF COMA [ , ] as a whole shows a process of work begun inside and finished outside of Cuba. The work process starts from the time frozen within the ISLAND concept to reach a freedom of personal conscience.
